Steven C. Holdren, Peabody, KS & formerly from Jewell, KS passed away February 12, 2019 at rural Peabody, KS at the age of 67. He was born February 25, 1951 at Concordia, KS, the son of Charles Holdren & Roberta (Elniff) Holdren. He was a retired truck driver. He was a graduate of Jewell H.S. class of 1969 & attended CCCC in Concordia. He is survived by 3 children: Jennifer Dinkel, Carl Holdren, & Jeff Holdren; mother - Roberta Holdren, Beloit, KS; sister - Charla Monty - Glen Elder, KS; and a host of nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by his Father, Sister & Grandparents. Memorial Services will be Monday, February 25, 2019 at 10:30 am at the Jewell Community Center with Pastor Dan Daniels officiating. Visitation will be Sunday, February 24, 2019 at Kleppinger Funeral Home 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm. Private family inurnment will be at Wallace Cemetery, rural Jewell.
